Coming up with weekly goals together to help the success of your recovery.
HOW LONG IS RECOMMENDED?
Individual coaching sessions will vary for everyone. Every individual's recovery process is unique, and no two are the same. I recommend implementing a 90-day commitment to weekly 60-minute sessions with one-on-one coaching. This will provide us with the space and time to work on your recovery goals, celebrate successes, and address areas for improvement. If you feel you require additional support, we can arrange to meet twice or three times a week. We can also extend the 90-day commitment if you or your treatment team advise it.
WHAT DOES THIS LOOK LIKE?
Do you believe you might benefit from 24-hour care and support?
WHO IS THIS BEST FOR?
This kind of support is beneficial to individuals in many stages of their recovery. This includes if you are transitioning back home from a residential or inpatient treatment setting, in need of intensive support due to challenges with all meals and snacks, facing environmental triggers, experiencing relapse, or lacking a healthy support network.
HOW LONG IS RECOMMENDED?
Live-ins look different for each person. It is recommended that the length of stay range from 2-6 weeks at minimum, but again, this looks different for each individual and their goals in recovery. The duration of the stay can vary based on factors such as the severity of the disorder, the individual's response to treatment, and their specific needs. Some may find benefit in a shorter stay to stabilize and initiate changes, while others may require a longer duration for more comprehensive support and skill-building. Ultimately, the length of stay should be tailored to the individual's progress and readiness to transition back to their daily life with newfound skills and resilience.
